Teenage Fly Bathers
Can't resist posting another from the splendid new Fannies album. It really is a stoater. I love the twiddly guitar squeaks on this one. Then gruff new bluesy boys on the block, Dead Fly Buchowski, with a typically raunchy assault. And something altogether more soothing from Kelvingrove - The Bathers. Originally formed in the early 80s by Chris Thomson and James Grant, they recorded a since deleted album 'Sunpowder' (with Liz Fraser) in 2001 from which this beautiful track has been rescued by my faithful supplier and a man of infinite taste, Scott Kennedy, for your listening pleasure.Teenage Fan Club - Save
